CONTENTMENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT - COMPETITIVENESS FACTOR FOR TRANSPORT COMPANIES

The main goal of this scientific debate is to show the evolution of relevant issues in development of ‘’new’’ work economy and to prove the hypothesis under which knowledge and contentment management of the employees becomes more crucial component of
competitiveness of transport companies of national, regional and global transport market. The cognition achieved in this scientific debate should represent the qualitative basis for efficient knowledge, and contentment become one of the key factors of increase in single
and aggregate (total) supply of transport services, i.e. creating of productive advantages of transport system. In this manner people become the transport companies’ basic profit generator, as opposed to the expense element which should be minimised and/or eliminated.
