The application of mathematical models in the analysis enables the solution of numerous and complex problems in business operation. This article shows mathematical model which enables the analysis of retail trade process in shorter time periods. Thus it is possible to express quantitatively daily as well as weekly changes of retail trade figures. Described model represents a simple procedure for bringing rational business decisions.
