Statute
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Associations Act (Official Gazette 74/14) that entered into force on 1 October 2014 the Assembly of the Croatian Economic Association, at a session held on 18 June 2015, passed and adopted the new Statute aligned with the new provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
The new Statute entered into force on and is applicable as of 18 November 2015 – the day it was entered in the Association Register of the Republic of Croatia.
With this Statute's entry into force the Association's Statute of 14 February 2002, and its amendments dated 15 February 2005 and 16 January 2006 (editorially revised text dated 6 February 2006) are deemed no longer valid.
The Croatian Economic Association has the capacity of a legal entity with rights, obligations, and responsibilities, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia, or with the new Statute, which you can read fully at the link below.

At its second session held on 26 September 2022 the Central Committee of the Croatian Economic Association adopted the Ordinance on "The Croatian Economic Association’s Award".
